Baby Back Ribs
Baby back ribs are tender, fall-off-the-bone pork ribs. We hand-rub and marinate them with white pepper and kosher salt, then smoke for 4 to 6 hours. They have a light smoked hickory flavor with a clearly visible smoke ring. The meat is pull-off-the-bone tender. They are brushed with our sweet & sticky Carolina Original BBQ sauce and finished on the grill.
St. Louis Ribs
St. Louis ribs are meaty, flavorful, tender, fall-off-the-bone pork ribs with plenty of marbling. They are hand-rubbed and marinated with BBQ spice then smoked for 4-6 hours. They have a medium smoked hickory flavor with a clearly visible smoke ring. The meat is pull-off-the-bone tender. They are seasoned with Lucille’s own Rib Rub, brushed with our sweet & sticky Carolina Original BBQ sauce and finished on the grill.

Beef Brisket
Our most flavorful cut of beef is Certified Angus Beef®! It’s hand-rubbed and marinated with BBQ spice and smoked for 18 to 24 hours. Look for the bark crust and a visible pink smoke ring. This delicious brisket is served with housemade mop sauce and is fork-tender when sliced.
Brisket Burnt Ends
These delicious burnt ends come from the point of the brisket. They are hand-rubbed and marinated with BBQ spice and smoked for 18 to 24 hours. Look for the bark crust and a visible pink smoke ring. They are finished with our sweet & sticky Carolina Original BBQ sauce.
BBQ Tri Tip
Tri tip is a lean cut of meat from the bottom sirloin. It’s hand-rubbed and marinated with BBQ spice and smoked for 6 to 8 hours. This delivers a heavy hickory smoke flavor and is slightly salty with a sweet finish. Look for the bark crust and a visible pink smoke ring. It’s served with housemade mop sauce and is fork-tender when sliced.
Pulled Pork
We hand-rub and marinate this pork roast shoulder with BBQ spice and then smoke it for 12 to 14 hours. It has a nice bark, a visible pinkish hue and a heavy hickory smoke flavor followed by a slightly salty flavor and sweet finish. After smoking, it’s hand-pulled then drizzled with pork vinaigrette and Lucille’s Memphis BBQ sauce.

Smoked Alabama Chicken
Marinated in BBQ-spiced apple cider, then smoked for 2 to 4 hours, this chicken is tender and juicy with a slightly pink hue due to the smoking process and a light smoky flavor with a sweet finish. It’s brushed with our tangy Alabama white BBQ sauce and finished on the grill, then served with extra Alabama white sauce for dipping. Alabama White BBQ sauce is a rich, tangy and creamy twist on traditional BBQ sauce with just a kiss of heat.
