We found this one at a state fair we happened upon and then we made it our own. Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, this Oreo® cookie-battered, lightly fried brownie is topped with fresh whipped cream, strawberries and brownie crumbles and sprinkled with powdered sugar. The best!
